Haemostem Gauze, is a delicately woven, thin, fragile pad of modified carboxycellulose fibres. Can be sutured or layered onto wound surfaces of soft tissues and internal organs. For wrapping around anastimoses such as those of arterial and venous vessels and the digestive tract, or liver biopsies.

It can be sutured or layered onto wound surfaces of soft tissues and internal organs.

Do not use as a packing material.

Sterile.

PRESENTATION: Sterile single piece - 5cm x 7.5cm (2” x 3”) in flat peel pouch.

Features:

Ideal for wrapping around anastimoses such as those of arterial and venous vessels and the digestive tract, or liver biopsies.
Absorbed by the body between 8 to 14 days
