What will the delivery charge be?

For mainland UK, delivery on orders over £50 are free. Charges for orders below £50 are £6.00.
This applies to consumables and pharmaceuticals.

For Northern Ireland and The Channel Islands, orders over £135 are free. The delivery charge below this amount is £15.

Orders for Pharmaceuticals placed after 12noon on Thursdays will be despatched on the following Monday, for delivery on Tuesday. Consumables will be despatched on Friday,

How long do deliveries take to arrive?

Next day delivery for UK mainland if ordered before 12 noon Monday – Thursday. Before 10am on Fridays.

What happens if there is nobody around to receive the delivery?

The courier will leave a card and try again the next working day, they will try up to 3 times, after that the delivery will be sent back to Millpledge

What is the latest time I can place an order for next-day delivery?

Orders placed for the UK mainland before 12.00hrs will be despatched the same day for next day delivery, weight dependant. Orders placed after 10am Friday will be processed and despatched next business day.
